## Narrative

He stepped into the conveyor and slipped and felt pain in his right knee. He continued to work at his regular duties and eventually went to a pysician. He was removed from work on 1/22/08 for repair for degeneration of the posterior horn of the medial meniscus. I have enclosed material stating that this is an occupational illness due to degeneration.
