## Narrative

Employee was removing liners from #2 FM, cutting lines and breaking loose with hammer. Piece of metal broke away when liner was struck with hammer, no larger than 1/2"" to 1"" cut through pant leg which punctured right inner thigh. He received 2 stitches/sutures and returned to work same day.
