## Narrative

At approximately 11:30 AM on January 29th (Injured Employee) along with another employee were changing out the liner on a re-grind mill in the concentrator. Employee was positioning the liner into place, and went to remove the liner clip, when a bolt that was holding the liner in place suddenly adjusted allowing the liner to fall slightly pinching finger.
