A roof fall occurred in the 1 North Panel off of the 1 East Panel in the intersection of #8 entry at crosscut #3. The fall measured approximately 18'x18'x5. The area was supported with 5' fully grouted roof bolts. An undetected slip in conjunction with a kidney bed was determined to be the cause of the fall.
