## Narrative

Chg out coil springs on a shqker screen and while he reached for the spring to pull out the hydraulic jack they were using kicked out and the screen fell catching his left little finger. Cause of this injury was not blocking raised components. Compliance with regulations was a factor, miner proficiency a factor, personnel protective equip. not a factor, mining systems
