While closing the center lids on a set of ram car batteries the right side lid fell smashing his left hand between the lid and the battery case. Initially reported as a first aid on 5/7/2007 became an LTA after ulnar nerve transposition surgery was required on 2/4/2008 to repair the cubital tunnel,
