He was walking to the longwall face when he felt pain in his right foot. He continued to work at his regular duties and went to a physician on 1/31/08. He was diagnosed with a stress fracture to the right ankle. Please consider this occupational illness. I have included information about stress fractures for your review. He first day off work was Monday feb. 4 2008.
