## Narrative

EE was helping Maintenance work on C-34 conveyor belting when his left hand was pulled in to pulling block between 3/8"" cable and sheave.  The cable tightened causing his left hand and fingers to be pulled in to block, lacerating and breaking his middle finger and parital amputation to his pointer finger. (first joint)
