## Narrative

A roof fall was found by examiner traveling air course on weekly exam. The fall was in three way intersection at cross cut 37 entry 00 main west air course. The fall measured 20 X 20 X 10'high. Area was mined 7/2001 and had been supported with 8' full resin bolts. No injury or property damage occurred. The fall will be cleaned up pending MSHA approval.
