## Narrative

Employee was dragging a 2"" hose and slipped on a patch of ice. He took it easy and put ice on his R knee for several days. He later decided to go to the doctor and was diagnosed with a strained R knee and wrapped with ace bandage. On 1/28/08 it was decided because of his size and weight he needed to have a special brace ordered to immoblize the knee to aid with healing.
