## Narrative

Employee's were replacing the motor and gear reducer at the HiCal system.  The manlift was positioned on the railtracks underneath the HiCal system.  A rail car hit the manlift pushing it into a steel beam that wrenched the boom and knocked the basket off.  Injured worker sustained a thoracic contusion and rib contusion.
