## Narrative

The mine encountered an unplanned roof fall on the Main South, Entry #6, involving the 24+60 intersection.  The fall was 70'L X 17.5'W X 7' thick, the fall did not affect ventilation or the passage of men, no injuries or property damage was encountered.  The area was developed on 1/10/2008, supported with 6' fully grouted bolts.  It will not be cleaned up.
