Narrative

While working with the powder crew on C-Rdge, they needed to move the container of explosives with a tractor. Employee was turning the handcrank to raise the container when his hand slipped causing his body to go forward and hitting his head on the crank. As a result employee sustained about a 2"" laceration on his right eyebrow.
