An unintentional roof fall occurred in the Main North return at station 153+71 in entry #10. The fall measured 20 feet x 22 feet x 7 feet thick. The fall did not affect ventilation, passage of men or cause personal injury. The fall will not be cleaned up. Approximate date of development October of 2004.
