## Narrative

An employee and his coworker were loading 6""x8""x10' timbers. The employees were in the process of moving a timber a distance of 2 feet horizontally and 1 foot vertically onto the loader forks when the injured employee's foot slipped in the snow causing a twisting motion.  He felt pain in his right groin and later that day diagnosed with a hernia.
