An unintentional roof fall was discovered during mine rescue explorations (exploration due to the incident which had the mine idle for several months). The fall was located on Grassy Creek Mains at crosscut #146, SS# 23226 in #4 entry. The fall measured 30'L x 30'W x 12'H. No injuries and no equipment involved. Ventilation not impaired. Fall will not be cleaned up.
