Narrative

Employee reported on 2/4/08 he had stomach pains and noticed a bulge on his stomach. He was diagnosed with a hernia. No one incident caused his hernia; it is felt the hernia was caused by heavy manual labor over a period of time. This became reportable on 2/12/2008 when employee began missing for surgery.
