Narrative

At 9:50 AM EE was supervising another emp. as they were changing out a jig intake air valve. The unit was placed on the jig air chest that is approx. 24"" high. As emp. was cleaning the pocket, EE turned to get a wrench & as he did, he contacted the valve which caused it to fall hitting his lt. metatarsal.
