On October 17, 2007 a mine production employee reported pain in his shoulder. He was taken to seek medical attention and received surgery on a non work related collar bone fracture. During follow up from the surgery on 2/13/08, it was found that the employee had substantial ligament and tendon damage in the shoulder due to a work related injury.
