On December 29, 2007 an employee was changing out the brake calibers on a shuttle car and reported feeling a pain in his shoulder. The incident was initially treated as a first aid injury. On 2/8/08 the employee was diagnosed with a rotator cuff tear which would require surgery. The employee underwent surgery on February 18th to repair the shoulder.
