Roof fall occured in 7 East Panel starting at the inby edge of crosscut #51 thru crosscut #52 & #3 entry.fall proceeded into the #52 crosscut between #2 and #3 entry.1stfall measured approximately 55'x18'x6' & the 2nd fall measured approximately 35'x18'x6'. area was supported with 5' fully grouted bolts and 9' mega bolts.
