## Narrative

Injured was advancing #153 shield using manual mode. Injured was on the shield pontoon as it advanced. Injured's left foot slipped off the pontoon and was caught between the pontoon and relay bar, resulting in a fractured big toe. (Immediately after the accident, the shield was cheched for any malfunctions and was found to be operating properly.)
