Roof fall was found by an examiner while examinin out-lay faces away from the working section.Fall was located at 7+50 #5 entry of zone sub 2.Aarea was developed 1-30-08 & was abandoned 2-1-08.Fall was 18""Lx18""Wx8""H. The area was supported w/6'fully grouted resin bolts.Air flow/passages was not disturbed.
