Roof fall found by examiner, out-lay faces away from the working section. Located at 6+80 between #3&4 entries of zone sub 2. The area was developed 1/29/08 and was abandoned 2/1/08. Fall was 35'Lx18'6Wx7'H. The area was supported by 6'fully grouted resin bolts. No injuries & air flow/passges not affected.
