## Narrative

Inby air-lock door exiting mine was not operating properly. Crew tried four times raising and lowering door, after failing to get door to raise higher than 3', EE tried to manually assist door. EE was struck by garage door when man trip began tramming forward with no warning. EE had to be treated for a laceration on his chin, approx 3""L X 1/4""deep.
