## Narrative

After loading the trailing cable slack on the conveyor of a BU loader he jumped down off the piece of equipment resulting in a sprained knee. Cause of this injury was safety awareness. Compliance with rules was a factor, miner proficiency a factor, personnel protective equip not a factor, mining equipment systems not a factor.
