## Narrative

EE was conducting an exam of the slope belt.  As he reached out to sign a fireboss card, his right foot slipped out from under him.  He felt a sharp pain in his lower back.  The inclined floor or the slope belt was a wet and slippery concrete floor. Misc Mail 3/16/09 #5-employee began losing additional time as of 3/9/09.
