## Narrative

Injured EE and another EE were cutting chains from the chain section of the lime kiln. Scaffold boards are hung from these chains. The other EE cut the chain holding the boards. Both men fell. Injured EE fell to the floor, striking his left foot on chains that were on the floor, resulting in a fracture to his heel.
