## Narrative

Employee was chipping ice from the lid to the belt tensioner with a spud bar on the highwall miner launch, when his foot slipped, allowing the spud bar to contact the moving conveyor belt. The moving conveyor belt kicked the spud bar back at the employee, striking his left knee.
