## Narrative

While lifting belt structure with the bobcat the spreader bar rolled and fell smashing the employee's hand between the bucket and the rail of the structure, causing a puncture on his left hand. On March 3rd the employee was taken to seek medical attention for an infection to his left hand from the puncture. He received a few days of restricted duty to allow the infection to heal.
