## Narrative

Employee reported pain & numbness in  his fingers and hands.  He relates this to his job duties.    He was evaluated by a physician and diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome and trigger finger.   It was determined on 2/28/08 that the carpal tunnel syndrome is occupational related and the trigger finger may be occupational related.
