Narrative

Repairman was assisting fellow repairman in replacing a conveyor belt at the Stone Plant during the PM shift on 2/29/08. At approx. 7:05 PM while walking along the ground area below the work area he slipped on snow covered ice & fell hard onto his upper back & right shoulder area. This event required medical attention & restricted duty during the recovery period.
