Narrative

Pulling a drill tube, overshot was making its way out of rods with wireline when AW threads of overshot & roadrunner came loose & seperated, sending 1 1/2 foot piece of overshot flying on end of wire hitting employee under the left eye on his cheekbone. Received 3 stitches on laceration on cheekbone
