Narrative

Employee was roof bolting in Unit 2 on the right side in Rm 2. A rock fell out between the rib pin and center pin and struck him on the right side of his head and right shoulder. He received an abrasion to the top of his right shoulder and a laceration to the right side of his head requiring 4 sutures. He was released and returned to work the same shift.
