## Narrative

A roof fall was found during the weekly air course examination. The fall was located between 2+00 and 2+50 #6 entry of zone P1. The area was developed 12/6/07. The fall was 50'L x 17.5'W x 6.5'H. The area was originally supported with 5' fully-grouted resin bolts. There were no injuries involved, air flow was not disturbed and the passage of men was not affected.
