Narrative

An unplanned roof fall occurred on the 3 right longwall headgate on 2/26/08. The fall occurred in the #3 entry at approximately 56+65 for a length of 65 feet. The event made the headgate of the longwall impassable and was immediately reported to MSHA and WVOMHST.
