A roof fall was discovered at #6 XC, #4 entry on the south G panel. The fall was 17' wide X 17' long X 8' high. The roof was bolted with 6' fully grouted rods. No equipment was trapped, ventilation was not affected and the passage of men and materials was not affected. The area will be timbered off.
