A fall of roof occurred at the intersection, in # 6 entry at station # 19+00 of the 1st East. The fall was approximately 35-40 feet in length x 20-25 feet in width x 12-15 feet thick. The area was developed in December 2007 nad had been supported with 5 foot fully grouted roof bolts.
