Narrative

EE had pain in his right knee roof bolting.Investigation showed he had surgery on knee in the past and his knee has deteriorated to the point where he is a candidate for knee replacement.Condition is a result of the repetitive motions of roof bolting and the wear and tear on a previously injured knee.
