## Narrative

When the EE was cranking on a jack stand to raise a trailer to line up with a truck hitch, the bolts that hold the jack to the trailer gave way. The EE's foot was positioned under the frame of the trailer, when the trailer fell. It struck the EE's right foot, injuring him. The EE did have steel toed shoes on.
