## Narrative

Assigned job task that required walking up slope belt walkway. As he was walking up ramp, stopped & turned, his left knee popped, experienced pain. The pain & tenderness continued over time, sought medical treatment in early Dec. 2007. Diagnosed as a possible strain to the knee. On 3/11/08, he had surgery repairing torn meniscus. Became lost time reportable event on this date.
