Narrative

Employee was working in a tight area grinding bad concrete on a wall with a 4"" grinder. It had ""bucked"" back at him several times and the lead man had reinstructed him to not apply so much pressure. When he put the grinder back on the surface he applied so much pressure it broke the blade and kicked back into his left lower leg causing a laceration.
