## Narrative

While bolting in #6 entry, a piece of draw rock fell out and struck him on the left ankle. The piece of rock was about 24"" X 36"" X 1""-4"" thick. The rock fell ut between roof bolts. EE returned to work for 4 days and stated he was advised not to work, due to possible fx.
