Narrative

Drove crew diesel mantrip to bottom for day shift's use. When stepping from the operators compartment, left foot slipped on wet damp mine floor. This allowed his foot to turn, twisting his left knee. 2 days later, knee was sore and swelled, sought medical treatment. MRI taken later, determined torn meniscus. Surgery to repair tear 3/13/08, started missing 3/14/08.
