## Narrative

EE was handing ocenco rescuers through the mandoor and in the process of turning and picking up rescuers is when he felt pain in his left knee.  He continued to work at his regular duties until 3/17/08 when he was taken off owrk for surgery to repair MCL.  The physicians reprts states soncistent w/osteoarthritis.
