## Narrative

EE lost suction on bolter after installing a 16' cable bolt. After checking auto dump for dust pre-collector to make sure it was working he shut the machine off. He then used a drill steel to hit the bottom rubber of dust box & started again. Still no suction. Shut power off & stuck hand in opening & caught fingers between flap & base. Lacerations to 3 fingers & Fracture to ring
