## Narrative

EE had climbed over the gob plate to enter the E-17 Longwall Tailgate Entry and as he went to take a step on the pile of rock, his left foot caught between the rock and twisted his left knee. The EE continued to work until 3/19/08 when he began missing work due to his injury.
