EE was walking to workstation and tripped over a chunk of ice in the walkway. She fell to the ground landing on her wrists and knees.Diagnosed with contusion and strain, released to full duty.MRI testing discovered a fracture/free floating body in the knee, scheduled for surgery.MRI results reviewed 03/19/08.
