## Narrative

The utility person on the section went to the miner to relieve the miner operator for a lunch break, when the right outby rib rolled out, which caught the utility person in the back of the legs. This caused him to fall to the mine floor. Rib roll measured 3' X 7' X up to 7"" thick.
