Narrative

Employee was operating the tailgate end of the longwall shearer on the. 3 west off 3 cool hill longwall section. A stone was thrown by the rotating drum of the shearer. The stone struck the ee on his left hand. His left small finger was fractured. He was wearing metacarpal gloves stone was the size of a football. He was standing by shearer body.
